Welcome to the official website of POPULAR GLASS DESIGNS, CORP. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida-based provider of custom impact-resistant windows, doors, and glass solutions. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Geographic Scope of Services
Our services are strictly limited to properties located within the state of Florida. We do not offer, sell, or ship products outside Florida.
2. Estimates and Consultations
We do not conduct online sales. All customer interactions begin with a free consultation request submitted via a form on our website. Upon submission, our team will contact the customer to schedule an in-home consultation and provide a project-specific estimate.
3. Project Agreement and Payment
All project terms, including scope, pricing, and schedule, are established by written agreement between the Company and the customer. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, and third-party financing through approved lenders. No payment is collected through the website directly.
4. Warranties
All completed work is covered by product-specific warranties, the scope and duration of which vary depending on the type of installation (e.g., impact windows, impact doors, storefronts, etc.). Warranty terms will be disclosed in writing as part of the final service agreement.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
In accordance with Florida law, customers have the unconditional right to cancel their contract within three (3) business days of signing, without incurring any cancellation fees or penalties.
If a customer chooses to cancel the contract after this three-day period but within five (5) additional business days, the cancellation will be subject to a non-refundable administrative inconvenience fee of $1,000, which covers the costs associated with internal labor, project setup, and documentation.
Once this extended period expires, no cancellations will be accepted, and the customer is fully bound by the terms of the agreement. Please note: Orders involving custom products or dimensions are non-cancellable and non-refundable once approved, as they are fabricated specifically to customer specifications. Once a production order has been initiated, it is considered legally binding and non-cancellable.
In case of Financing: Financing arrangements are entirely separate from the production contract. POPULAR GLASS DESIGNS, CORP. does not originate or control financing. Financing is offered through third-party lenders such as Homerun Financing under the PACE program. If a customer chooses to cancel their financing agreement, they remain fully responsible for payment under the original contract with POPULAR GLASS DESIGNS, CORP. Alternative payment methods such as cash or credit card must then be used to satisfy the outstanding balance.
6. Third-Party Financing
Financing options are available via Homerun Financing under the PACE program. POPULAR GLASS DESIGNS, CORP. does not provide financing services. Customers opting for financing must comply with the lender’s terms and understand that once production has begun, the service agreement is non-cancellable regardless of financing status. Should a customer choose to cancel financing, they must pay the remaining balance directly to the Company via approved alternative methods.
